I, too, have evidence (locally) of FDR’s mishandling of the entrance into WW2. My barber was stationed on the Lexington (aircraft carrier) and was in Honolulu Port on Saturday. His captain took the carrier out of Pearl Harbor and once at sea, got on the intercom and told the crew about the Japanese Attack, the next morning. I had known for some time but never had the verification. Now, I do.
