S.T. Patrick is the Editor-in-Chief of Midnight Writer News, the host of the Midnight Writer News Show, and the Editor-in-Chief of garrison.: The Journal of History & Deep Politics. Patrick has an extensive history as a high-level, NBPTS national board-certified International Baccalaureate and Advanced Placement History educator, a developer of curriculum, and a writer. As an educator, Patrick was also involved with the National Council for the Social Studies (NCSS). After becoming interested in alternative (alternative to the mainstream) history via the JFK assassination, Patrick expanded his research while watching Iran-Contra, Ruby Ridge, Waco, Oklahoma City, TWA 800, and the Clinton years unfold on cable news before his eyes. Through this experience, and with degrees in both Mass Communications / Journalism and Social Studies Secondary Education, the idea for Midnight Writer News was born. As a writer, Patrick has written for education newsletters, independent newspapers, magazines, and blogs of various kinds. Patrick has written and developed curriculum for classes in U.S. History, World History, AP U.S. History, IB History of the Americas, and American Government. In April 2018, S.T. Patrick joined the Center for Deep Political Research and is a member of its advisory board. He was later appointed to its board of directors.
